Buraglia is a family-run business. Founded by Agustín Buraglia over 40 years ago, it began as a small workshop producing furniture for living rooms, dining rooms and hallways.

It started out as a joinery workshop and, over the years, grew into a factory with over 50 employees.

More than 25 years ago, Rosa and Agustín, the children of that entrepreneur, joined the team, bringing new ideas with them. It was at that time that the company expanded its range of services by incorporating the manufacture of kitchen furniture and accessories for professionals into its operations.

It also began manufacturing corporate furniture for shops and large companies such as Norauto, Lladró, and various banks.

Around 2003, Buraglia focused on the manufacture of kitchen furniture and opened its first studio specialising in kitchens and interior design at 51 Avenida de Francia in Valencia, establishing itself as a leading name in designer kitchens in Valencia.

The difficult years of the economic crisis led Buraglia to overhaul its organisational structure. A turning point in the company’s history, this process of reinvention transformed the original ‘kitchen workshop’ into a ‘project studio’, bringing on board professionals with technical expertise in the fields of architecture and interior design.

The expertise of the technical team in Buraglia’s new era prompted the organisation to take another leap forward in the field of interior design. Consequently, in 2016, the company began fitting out entire homes and expanded its specialist service—which had previously focused on kitchens—to include the refurbishment and fitting out of bathrooms, living rooms, bedrooms, offices, and so on.

In 2018, the first Buraglia Home Furnishings showroom will open in Valencia, at 45 Higinio Noja Street.
