Integrated laundry area features a large broom closet, pull-out ironing board, high-capacity laundry baskets, and a fully integrated washing machine. The dining room boasts solid oak slatted cabinetry (TV area), exposed shelves, and contrasting Iroko herringbone flooring. Exposed pine beams have been reclaimed and finished with a lacquer to match the kitchen. Inkiostro Bianco vinyl wallpaper is used in the kitchen area.
